REFUND & RETURN POLICY — TRAVIOCOM SERVICES PVT. LTD.

Our Promise: 7-Day Easy Returns

We want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve made returns simple, fair, and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Returns You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags are intact and attached
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • You have the order confirmation or invoice as proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at traviocom@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9001487753 within 7 days of delivery
  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for return (attach photos if the item is damaged/defective)
  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with a return authorisation and pickup instructions
  4. A reverse pickup will be scheduled from your doorstep at no additional cost for defective/wrong items. For size exchanges or change of mind, a nominal reverse shipping fee of ₹99 may apply.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear, socks, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items purchased during final clearance/sale (unless defective)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and quality-checked (typically within 3–5 business days), your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI to your registered account.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Exchange Policy We offer free size exchanges (subject to availability). If your size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at your preference.
